  • RAM Energy LLC Provides Operations Update for 2021

RAM brought the Ranger #1H and Cliffhanger #1H online in January 2021. In the month of February, RAM experienced only two days of shut-in production from the winter storm. Its operations team and vendor partners were able to quickly re-establish production which had been shut-in as a result of freezing flowlines and malfunctioning surface equipment. RAM does not believe it will experience any material repair costs or facility enhancements as a result of the Texas winter storm as all facilities are currently operating normally.

Due to the winter storm and higher natural gas pricing, RAM earned above average revenue in February. RAM believes the February results to be a one time event and future natural gas prices and resulting revenue will be in line with more normal historical levels.

At the present time, Ram has no plans to drill additional wells in 2021.
